Does Polydict hold my money?
No. Your wallet’s keys are held by Privy and never sent to Polydict, and moving money takes your own signature. The only key Polydict could ever hold is a strategy trading key you choose to create — in a closed test today — which can place and cancel orders and cannot withdraw. What Polydict can and cannot do.
How does Polydict relate to Polymarket?
Polydict is powered by Polymarket.com. Your orders go to Polymarket’s markets (and perps orders to Polymarket’s or Hyperliquid’s exchange) and settle there. Polydict does not create markets or decide how they resolve.
What does it cost?
Polydict’s fee on a Polymarket order is 0.5% of its value, on top of Polymarket’s own fee where the market has one; the ticket shows both before you sign. On Hyperliquid, Polydict’s fee is 0.03% of notional if you approved it. Deposits and withdrawals carry no Polydict fee. Fees in detail.
Do I need gas?
Mostly not. Setup, placing orders, collecting winnings, converting USDC.e, withdrawals and moving money to Polymarket perps are gasless. Gas of your own comes in only from outside: a wallet you send from pays its own network’s fee (the Swap tab shows it in the quote), and the last step into Hyperliquid needs a little ETH on Arbitrum.
Can I lose more than I put in?
On a prediction-market share, the most you can lose is what you paid for it. Perps are different: leverage multiplies losses, and a position can be liquidated, losing its whole margin. In cross margin the rest of your perps account backs the position too, so more than its own margin is at stake. The liquidation estimate.
My deposit has not arrived. What now?
Look at Activity first: Pending means the bridge has not finished. On the Address tab, an amount under that asset’s minimum is not processed. If a direct send says it is unresolved, tap Check again and open the transaction link before you send anything else. Pending, failed and unresolved.
Can I use Polydict on more than one device?
Yes. Your wallets are derived from your sign-in, so the same addresses and balances appear everywhere — as long as you sign in the same way. A few things stay on the device they were set on: Appearance, your withdrawal history, and paper arms on Up or Down windows.
Will the assistant trade for me?
No. Ask drafts trades as cards; you review each one in the ticket and press the button yourself. It has no tool to place an order or move money. The AI assistant.
When do strategies open?
Settle is in a closed test while it is measured, and there is no public date. The rule lab is still being built. What is open today.
Who can use Polydict?
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally permitted to use prediction markets where you are. Checking that is your responsibility. See the Terms of Use.
How do I get help?
Email the support address in the Privacy Policy, or send /support to @polydictappbot on Telegram, which replies with it. Include your wallet address and, for a transfer, its transaction link — never your private key.
