About Polydict

Polydict is a self-custodial way to trade prediction markets on politics, sports, crypto, and world events at live odds — and to trade perpetual futures (perps) on both Polymarket and Hyperliquid, all from the same wallet. Prediction markets settle on Polymarket and the Polygon blockchain, and Polydict runs on the web and as a Telegram, Farcaster, and Base Mini App — so you can trade wherever you already are.

Frequently asked questions

What is Polydict?

Polydict is a self-custodial trading app for two things: prediction markets on politics, sports, crypto, and world events, and perpetual futures (perps). Prediction markets settle on Polymarket and the Polygon blockchain, and perps trade on both Polymarket and Hyperliquid. It runs on the web and as a Telegram, Farcaster, and Base Mini App.

How do prediction markets work?

Each market asks a yes/no (or multi-outcome) question about a future event. Shares trade between $0 and $1, and the price reflects the market’s estimate of how likely that outcome is. If the outcome you hold resolves true, each share pays out $1; if not, it pays $0.

What are perps, and where do they trade?

Perpetual futures (perps) are leveraged contracts that track an asset’s price with no expiry. On Polydict you can trade perps on both Polymarket and Hyperliquid from the same wallet, going long or short with leverage. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses, and positions can be liquidated — see the Terms of Use for the full risk disclosure.

Do I need crypto to start?

You sign in with Telegram, Farcaster, or an external wallet, and a self-custodial wallet is created for you if you don’t connect one. Trades are placed in USDC on Polygon; you fund your wallet to begin trading.

Is Polydict custodial? Who holds my funds?

No. Polydict is non-custodial — you hold your own funds in a self-custodial wallet, and we never take custody of them or hold your private keys. On-chain trades and settlements are executed by the underlying protocols, not by us.

What does it cost to trade?

Polydict aims to be gasless for trading, so you don’t pay Polygon gas on each order. Market spreads and any protocol-level fees from Polymarket still apply. Always review the details shown before confirming a trade.

How are markets resolved?

Markets resolve according to the rules and resolution source defined by the underlying Polymarket market — often an authoritative data feed or public result. Polydict does not create or resolve markets; resolution and settlement are governed by those protocols.

Is there risk?

Yes. Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk and you can lose the funds you commit. Nothing on Polydict is financial advice. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. See our Terms of Use for the full risk disclosure.

Who can use Polydict?

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction. Use is prohibited where restricted by law. See the Terms of Use for details.
