Terms of Use

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Polydict ("Polydict", "we", "us"), an interface for trading prediction markets and perpetual futures ("perps"), available as a Telegram Mini App, a Farcaster and Base Mini App, and on the web at polydict.app. By accessing or using Polydict you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Polydict.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally permitted to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Polydict is lawful where you are, and you agree not to use Polydict from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited or where Polymarket or its underlying markets are restricted.

2. What Polydict is

Polydict is a non-custodial interface that lets you (a) view and trade prediction markets that execute on Polymarket and the underlying Polygon blockchain, and (b) trade perpetual futures ("perps") on Polymarket and on Hyperliquid. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, or counterparty to your trades. We do not hold your funds and do not control market creation, pricing, leverage, liquidation, resolution, or settlement — those are governed by the underlying protocols and their operators.

3. Your wallet and account

You sign in through one of the supported methods — Telegram, Farcaster, Google, X (Twitter), or an external wallet — and access is through a self-custodial wallet, either an embedded wallet created for you by our authentication provider or an external wallet you connect. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login accounts, wallet, devices, and credentials, and for all activity that occurs through them. We cannot reverse transactions, recover lost keys, or restore access to a wallet on your behalf.

4. Trading risk

Trading on Polydict involves substantial risk, and you can lose some or all of the funds you commit. Prices are volatile, market resolutions may be disputed or delayed, and outcomes may not go the way you expect.

Perpetual futures carry additional risk. Perps are leveraged: leverage amplifies both gains and losses, and an adverse price move can trigger liquidation, resulting in the loss of your entire margin — potentially very quickly. Funding rates, slippage, and gaps between venues (Polymarket and Hyperliquid) may also affect your positions.

Nothing on Polydict is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no content on the service is a recommendation to enter any trade. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes arising from your activity. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Polydict for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Use Polydict on behalf of, or transact with, any person or entity subject to sanctions or located in an embargoed jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to manipulate markets, exploit bugs, or interfere with the integrity or operation of the service or the underlying protocols.
  • Access the service through automated means in a way that harms or overloads it, or circumvent any access, security, or geographic restriction.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service, or infringe our or any third party's intellectual-property rights.

6. On-chain transactions are final

Trades and settlements occur on public blockchains and are irreversible. Once submitted, a transaction cannot be edited, cancelled, or refunded by us. Network fees, slippage, and failed transactions are inherent to on-chain activity and are your responsibility.

7. Third-party services

Polydict relies on third parties — including Polymarket, Hyperliquid, the Polygon network, our authentication and wallet provider, and the platforms the app runs inside (Telegram, Farcaster, Base). We do not control these services, are not responsible for their availability or conduct, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. No warranty

Polydict is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that market data will be accurate, complete, or timely.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polydict and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service — including trading losses, smart- contract failures, or third-party conduct — even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Polydict and its contributors harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Polydict at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of Polydict after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
