Deposits and withdrawals

Your trading balance is pUSD on Polygon. Every way in delivers pUSD to your trading wallet, every way out starts there, and every fee the app can know is shown before you sign.

pUSD, USDC and USDC.e

pUSD is Polymarket’s dollar token, a 1:1 wrapper of USDC, and the only token Polymarket accepts for trading. It lives on Polygon, and each pUSD is backed by one USDC.

Every deposit route below delivers pUSD directly, so a new deposit needs no conversion. If your trading wallet still holds the older USDC.e, the app shows a Convert button. Converting needs no gas and has no fee: the relayer pays the network cost. It is not automatic in general, though after a Swap or a direct pUSD send the app does try to convert any USDC.e in your trading wallet; if that fails, the deposit itself still counts.

Where your money lands

Deposits go to your trading wallet: a Polymarket deposit wallet on newer accounts, a Safe on older ones. Both are derived from the wallet you sign in with, so the address is the same on every device. Your account and wallets explains the difference.

Money that reaches your signing wallet instead (the embedded wallet itself) shows in Profile › Your money as “Not tradeable from here”: it has to be moved to the trading wallet first.

Ways to deposit

The Deposit dialog has an Address tab and a Swap tab, and inside Telegram a TON tab, which opens first there.

Address: send from anywhere

Polymarket’s bridge gives you a personal deposit address, as a QR code and as text to copy. One address covers the EVM chains, with separate ones for Solana, Bitcoin and Tron. A supported asset sent there arrives as pUSD in your trading wallet. Which chains and assets are supported comes from the bridge’s live list, shown in the app.

The address appears once your trading wallet is ready, and it stays the same for your account.

Swap: from a wallet you already have

Connect an external wallet and pick a token you hold. Relay swaps and bridges it to pUSD in your trading wallet, from Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, Hyperliquid, Base, Arbitrum and Solana. If the wallet already holds pUSD on Polygon, the Swap tab sends it directly, and you pay the Polygon network fee in POL.

TON: inside Telegram

Pay USDT on TON from a TON wallet such as Telegram Wallet or Tonkeeper. Symbiosis bridges it to pUSD in your trading wallet. There are no addresses to copy.

Good to know

There is no card or bank-transfer purchase in Polydict. You fund it with crypto you already hold.

Minimums

Address tabSet per asset by Polymarket’s bridge and shown next to it as “Min $…”. Less than that is not processed.
Swap tabNo minimum of its own. If Relay finds no route for an amount, the app says so before you sign.
TON tabA minimum in USDT, shown on the tab.
Into Polymarket perps10 pUSD. Nothing is required to move money back.
Into or out of Hyperliquid5 USDC. Hyperliquid does not credit a deposit under 5 USDC, so the app blocks smaller ones.
WithdrawalsSet per asset and network by the bridge, and shown before you send.

Fees, before you sign

Before you sign a deposit or a withdrawal, the app shows its costs under Fees, before you sign. Polydict adds no fee of its own to either.

  • Swap: network gas, Relay’s fee, and the total cost including price impact, from Relay’s live quote, with the least pUSD that will arrive and roughly how long it takes.
  • TON: the bridge’s cost in USDT and as a percentage, and an approximate TON network fee, of which the unused part is refunded.
  • Address tab: no fee estimate is shown. Polymarket’s bridge applies its own terms.
  • Withdrawals: no network gas for you (the relayer pays it). The bridge’s fee is not quoted before sending, and the review says exactly that.
  • Hyperliquid: Hyperliquid charges 1 USDC per withdrawal, and the last step into Hyperliquid needs a little ETH on Arbitrum for gas.

How long it takes

  • A Swap is usually under a minute; each quote carries its own estimate.
  • The Address tab checks for your deposit every few seconds while it is open.
  • A TON deposit usually takes a few minutes.
  • A direct pUSD send is confirmed on Polygon; if it is not confirmed within 3 minutes, the app tells you rather than guessing (see below).
  • A withdrawal may take a few minutes to arrive after it is sent.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals come from your trading wallet. You can receive any token on any network in the bridge’s list. For an EVM network the recipient defaults to your connected wallet; Another address accepts an EVM, Solana, Bitcoin or Tron address, depending on the network you picked.

  1. Enter the amount, the network and the token you want to receive.
  2. Review withdrawal shows what you send, what you receive, the full destination address and the fees.
  3. Send. A progress rail then reads Review, Send, Pending and Confirmed, with a link to Polygonscan.

It reads Confirmed only when the bridge reports the transfer complete, not when it was sent.

Risk

Withdrawals cannot be reversed once sent. If the address is not your connected wallet, check it character by character: money sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded by anyone.

Money in perps has to come back to your prediction balance before you can withdraw it here. Your withdrawal history is kept on the device you withdrew from.

Pending, failed and unresolved

In Activity, a transfer can read:

  • Pending — the bridge has not finished yet.
  • Failed — the transfer did not land, and its amount is struck through.
  • Status unknown — the app could not read this withdrawal’s status from the bridge.

Unresolved applies to a direct pUSD send from the Swap tab. If the app cannot confirm that send within 3 minutes, or cannot read its receipt, it may still land — so the app pauses new sends until the earlier one is confirmed, and it cannot arrive twice. Tap Check again, and open the transaction link before you send anything else. If the send failed on-chain, nothing moved and sending stays open.

Moving money to perps

Polymarket perps uses the same pUSD on the same chain. To Perps needs at least 10 pUSD; To Predictions sends back what is withdrawable, which excludes margin held by open positions. Both directions are gasless.

Hyperliquid is a separate account on your signing wallet. Moving money in bridges pUSD to USDC on Arbitrum and then deposits it, which needs a little Arbitrum ETH for gas; if there is none, the USDC waits on Arbitrum in your signing wallet until there is. Moving money out withdraws from Hyperliquid to your Polymarket bridge address, and it arrives as pUSD. Perps has the detail.
